Welcome to the official website of the Dick Gaughan Legacy Project – a group of friends of Dick who want to see his recorded legacy (both released and previously unreleased) more widely celebrated and available.
At the moment this site is under development, so please keep checking back to see regular updates as they are added. The 7CD+DVD box set R/evolution: 1969–83 – generously crowdfunded in a campaign that spanned March/April 2025 – will be released to the general public in January 2026, via distributors Last Night From Glasgow. It is strictly limited to 1,500 copies.
Currently, the associated single-vinyl release Live at the BBC: 1972–79 is available for pre-order at Last Night From Glasgow. Two Kickstarter 'extras' (Live in Belfast 1979-82 and Live in the 70s) were limited edition items exclusive to the Kickstarter campaign and are now sold out.
More vintage Gaughan releases will be coming in 2026!

Respectfully, this site is not a way to contact Dick Gaughan directly. Dick is physically unable to respond to emails after his stroke in 2016 and prefers to remain 'off the grid' in his retirement. He is, though, very appreciative of fans' continuing interest in his work.
